Make Your Brand Stand Out at Champs Las Vegas

CHAMPS Trade Shows are some of the biggest events in the vaping and tobacco industry and is coming to Las Vegas July 26, 2022. Vape companies, Delta-8 Brands and other alternative product companies from all over the world come to showcase their latest products and technologies. If you’re in the tobacco industry, chances are you will be attending. But with over 1,000 other exhibitors competing for the attention of buyers, how do you make your brand stand out?

Don’t worry, we have some tips sure to set you apart from the crowd.

  1. Get creative with your booth space

Of course you will be brining your products to show off, but so will everyone else. Your booth is the first impression buyers get of what your brand is all about. If your booth is boring and not very well thought out, buyers are likely to assume the same of your brand and keep walking. A well designed booth with a clear flow is a key-indicator that your brand is something that buyers don’t want to miss. Las Vegas is home to many Trade Show Booth Builders skilled in helping you design an eye-catching booth that makes buys want to stop and take a look.

  2. Greet every person that enters your booth promptly

We attend A LOT of trade shows and one of the most off-putting things that can happen is to walk in to a booth and be completely ignored. Be sure to engage with every customer that enters your booth, you never know which one could be your next big client! Make sure to bring several staff members with you to speak with interested buyers. Delegate certain staff members to greet guests entering your booth. If no one is available to speak with them, at least pause for a second to say hello then continue your other conversation.

  3. Give attendees a reason to stay longer

Creating a welcoming environment that people want to hangout in will give your sales team a chance to connect with buyers on a deeper level. Providing refreshments and setting up comfortable seating areas are a start, but lots of brands are doing that. Other ways to make your booth “The Place To Be” could be hiring a DJ, Brining celebrities or influencers to sign autographs or of course, our favorite, filling your booth with gorgeous models promoting your brand. Think outside of the box on this one and don’t be scared to do something different!

  4. Network with potential clients prior to the show

Use LinkedIn and Instagram to your advantage. Find buyers who are posting about attending the show and invite them to stop by! Some will set up appointments for certain times and some might not, but either way they will be more likely to recognize your brand when passing by and stop to take a look.

  5. Attend the after parties

Tradeshow are long days full of multitasking and interacting with people, they can be tiring, trust me we get it! But, how often are all of your potential clients all at the same party, wanting to talk business with you? Power though and go to the events, the networking opportunities are unmatched. If its in your budget, you might even consider throwing your own event and inviting your clients and potential clients. Of course, you won’t be the only brand hosting an event that week so do something interesting to make your event stand out. Aside from trade show models, we also book bartenders, cocktail servers, ambiance models and DJs for corporate events, let us know if there’s anything we can assist you with!

  6. Have fun with it

Come on, we’re not a finance convention. Know your customers and appeal to their interests!
